What happens at the end of my free trial?
Because we don’t require any credit card or other payment information, you don’t have to cancel anything should you choose to not continue using OOTI. You can test the software completely risk-free.
My free trial has ended, where can I sign up?
You can upgrade to the paid subscription plan from the subscription page after you login to your account.
What counts as a “user”?
A 'User' is anyone (staff, manager, administrator, employee) who either 1) Needs to log in to the application to administer it, and/or 2) Anyone who needs to have their time recorded against tasks which are assigned to them regardless of whether they or someone else logs that time.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept credit or debit card payments via Visa or MasterCard. For enterprise accounts, we offer invoicing and direct deposit options.
Can I cancel my account?
Although we'll be sad to see you go, you can cancel your subscription at any time, without any cancellation fees. If you do decide to cancel, you will never be charged again and will only be responsible for charges incurred up until the end of the current billing period. If you try OOTI but decide it's not right for your business, we delete your trial account after 90 days.

Can I export my data out of the product?
Of course. You can export data such as custom reports, clients, projects, fees, expenses, invoices or export all your data to excel.
