Formal notice

The formal notice is the act by which a creditor (person to whom we owe a debt) asks his debtor (person having an obligation with regard to another or person before money ) to carry out your obligations (pay a sum of money, finish work, deliver a purchased product, etc.). The debtor will be put in notice and will receive the formal notice.
