In this progressive momentum, the ARVHA (Association for Research on the City and Habitat) organizes the Women in Architecture Awards each year, a flagship event highlighting female excellence and creativity.

In 2024, this award reaffirms its mission : to promote gender parity in a male-dominated profession, celebrate outstanding works by female architects, and inspire future generations.

This year’s winners, selected for their exceptional talent and impact on the industry, are :

• Young Woman Architect 2024 : Margaux Puech-Pelipenko. This award recognizes emerging talents who demonstrate innovative and bold projects early in their careers.

• Confirmed Woman Architect 2024 : Maud Caubet. This category honors exemplary careers where expertise and passion merge to produce remarkable works.

• Original Work 2024 : Beatriz Ramo Lopez de Angulo. This prize highlights a unique architectural achievement that reflects a creative and personal vision, leaving a significant mark on contemporary architecture.

• International Prize 2024 : Sara de Giles Dubois.

These categories acknowledge female architects at various stages of their careers, emphasizing the diversity of their contributions to the field.
